For every Brazil match, residents come together for a special live viewing experience featuring cold draft beer, great food, and an environment designed to cheer, celebrate, and create unforgettable memories. To celebrate Valentine's Day, Ayra hosted a special evening for residents featuring live music, wine, curated culinary offerings, and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere created to foster memorable moments. The event reinforced Ayra's commitment to offering much more than a place to live: a complete living experience defined by well-being, convenience, and a strong sense of community.

An event at Ayra in celebration of Internacional Women's Day, featuring an incredible presentation on image consulting and strategy. Residents had the opportunity to learn more about facial analysis, line shapes, and what works best according to their individual features, as well as experience in practice the selection of accessories that best harmonize with each of them.

Ayra Higienópolis got into the spirit of Carnival 2026 with lots of music, a samba school drumline, high energy, and of course, amazing food alongside our partners.

Residents enjoyed a night full of fun! Ayra Higienópolis’ Halloween brought an eerily amazing décor, draft beer, themed snacks, music, and lots of fun in costume.

The Ayra’s Festa Julina was filled with tradition and fun, as residents enjoyed typical foods, festive decorations, and lively music — bringing the spirit and energy of the countryside to our event.

A wine glass painting workshop, incredible wines, and delicious appetizers set the mood to celebrate Valentine’s Day on the evening of June 11th.

Easter was even more fun at our properties with the traditional Easter Egg Hunt! We created a special experience for our residents, who followed clues placed throughout the building’s common areas in search of exclusive Easter eggs. It was an activity that brought joy and encouraged meaningful interaction.

Our properties turned green for the traditional Irish celebration! The Saint Patrick’s Day event brought fun and relaxation to our residents, with themed decorations, lively music, and plenty of opportunities to connect. It was a special occasion that brought the culture and festive spirit of Saint Patrick’s Day right into our community.

On February 26th, the new residents of Ayra Higienópolis enjoyed a relaxed evening with carnival-themed decorations, music, snacks, and good company to celebrate the arrival of carnival.

On February 18th, influencers from various market segments were able to attend a pleasant afternoon at the launch event of the development, featuring a DJ, sophisticated cocktails, and filled with amazing videos and photos of all the common areas, showcasing innovation and elegance, just like Ayra Higienópolis.
